An auction will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 to sell Stearns County seized and surplus property. It will take place at the Stearns County Highway Department located in Waite Park at 455 28th Avenue, near Mills Fleet Farm.
Many vehicles – cars, trucks and SUVs – will be for sale, along with all sorts of other equipment like mowers, trailers, sand blasters, and blades. Buyers can also bid on items such as chain link fencing, lumber, and pallets. A variety of tools can be found at this auction including chain saws, leaf blowers, lawn trimmer, tow-bar, drills, tree pruner, shop cart, battery charger, and other power and hand tools. Sports enthusiasts will find a snowboard, rods and reels, propane lantern, CB radio, coolers, and camo bag with trays and fishing tackle. There is an electric guitar and case, amplifier, computers, X-box console with controllers and games, projector screen, desks, tables, chairs, file cabinets, desk organizers, a large bulletin board, and many other items.
