Kimball Cubs were on the road against BBE Jaguars Friday, Jan. 29. The Cubs took on a good BBE team and found themselves competing most of the half until late in the half when the Jaguars went on a 9-0 run to extend the lead to 13 and the Cubs would not be able to answer and went into half down 14 to 30.
The second half the Cubs continued to struggle with foul trouble and scoring against the Jaguars. Gavin Loch scored all 11 of the Cubs points in the second half but the Cubs were not able to make a comeback against BBE and would fall 58 to 25.
