KUMC celebrates 25 years

A Sunday School Christmas program was part of the 25th anniversary celebration at Kimball United Methodist Church Sunday, Dec. 20. The church celebrated the anniversary in their ?Äúnew?Äù building, which was built on love and faith. Twenty-five years ago, the church had $286 in its building fund. Six months of construction with volunteers from 53 churches in seven states, the church?Äôs first service was just before Christmas 1990. ?ÄúThe food and workers never stopped coming,?Äù church members shared their stories of the miracle of how the church was built.
