Calling on all graphic designers: Would you like to be a part of history?

The City of Eden Valley is looking for a new city logo and motto to replace our current one. This new logo and motto will be used as part of the City?Äôs promotional material that showcases our wonderful community to potential businesses, future residents, along with partnering investors. With that said, the city is sponsoring a contest to find our next logo and motto.

Who is eligible? Anyone who is driven to create something that can be used to highlight the best Eden Valley can offer. 

I don?Äôt live in Eden Valley, can I still enter? Absolutely! We will welcome all submissions.

How to enter? Submit your entry before April 18, 2017, digitally to: cityofev@meltel.net, 

or mail to:

to be included in the judging. Please include a digital copy of your submission along with your contact details.

Who will be deciding the winner? Our awesome city staff along with City Council will decide the winner. The winner will be announced during our yearly town festival (Valley Daze) Friday, June 23, 2017.

What are you looking for? We are looking for a logo and motto that shows our strong and safe community, friendly business environment, and something that can stand the test of time.

So, what do I get if I win? The winner will be given a grand prize of $500, and their logo and motto will be the official logo and motto for the City of Eden Valley.

Additional rules:

?Ä¢ The winning entry will become the property of the City of Eden Valley.

?Ä¢ Submitters under the age of 18 will need to supply parental consent along with their entry.

?Ä¢ Contest will run from Feb. 9 through April 18, 2017.

?Ä¢ Winners will be contacted privately by May 5 and then publicly announced June 23, 2017.
