We have been blessed in the weather department so far this fall. We have enjoyed some great temperatures across the state over the past several days.
This weekend was fantastic to get out and enjoy all of the fall colors. We saw highs in the 60s for most of the region both days with lots of sunshine.
Tuesday, was an absolutely incredible day for temperatures as highs climbed into the mid- to upper-70s for much of the region. Some spots in southern Minnesota even witnessed the 80s. We did see a few showers and thunderstorms across the state as a cold-front pushed through late Tuesday.
For Wednesday, temperatures will tumble back into the 50s with some sprinkles still possible along the way. The wind will also pick-up which could cause some wildfire concerns due to dry conditions in some spots.
Look for generally a cool and dry weekend. Highs by Sunday are projected to be in the lower 40s. Some locations might only see the 30s for highs on Sunday.
