Amy Notch (left) and Tabitha Mortenson and have been selected as the 2009 Central MN Conference Coaches of the Year for volleyball. The award is selected each year by the Central MN Conference coaches.
The 2009 Kimball volleyball team finished with a 21-7 record, winning the Kimball tournament and placing second in both the Buffalo and Becker tournaments.
Kimball tied for second with Maple Lake in the Central MN Conference with a 5-2 record. Kimball defeated Swanville and Osakis in the first two rounds of the section tournament before losing to BBE.
