On Saturday, Feb. 22, the American Legion Auxiliary, Department of Minnesota, held a Department Leadership Seminar in Cold Spring at the Cold Spring American Legion Club. Members from all over the state could attend the Leadership Seminar. The programs that were addressed were: History, National Security, Veterans Affairs, and Rehabilitation, Americanism, Children and Youth, Poppy, Public Relations, ALAFORVETERANS, Impact Reports, Finance, and Junior Activities.
Members could ask questions that they had about a program. The seminar was a four-hour course. American Legion Auxiliary members from the Kimball unit attending the seminar were Dori Hamilton, Renee Berscheid, Teresa Stuart, Lois Fritz, and Carol-Santone Royal.
