The Kimball Express Baseball Association, Inc held their first ever annual meeting this past Sunday at the Willow Creek Park Shelter. There was a good turn out as community members and players who are interested in becoming more involved with the Express and baseball in Kimball were in attendance to nominate and elect the seven-member board of directors.

Five members were nominated at the meeting; the two others who were already voted in were Express baseball team manager Tom Marquardt, who will also serve as the Secretary-Treasurer, and Pat Arnold, who was voted in by the team as the player representative. The other members include President Howie Pennertz and Vice President Bill Liedman, along with Cindy Stelten, John Krippner, and Jeremy Kuechle rounding out the seven-member committee.
