In an effort to accommodate the increase in the number of absentee voters, Randy Schreifels, Stearns County Auditor-Treasurer, will have three locations available for absentee voting for the 2018 General Election. For the convenience of the voters, new absentee ballot locations at the Melrose Area Community Service Center and the Stearns County Service Center have been added for the General Election.
Absentee voting begins Friday, Sept. 21, 2018, for the Nov. 6, General Election. These are the options Stearns County will have available for absentee voting in person:

Hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Voters may apply for an absentee ballot online at mn.votes.org, and a ballot will be mailed to them. Absentee ballot requests may also be done by mail. Contact the Auditor-Treasurer’s office and an application will be mailed or faxed.
