ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS RE-BUILD OF UNITS 1 & 2
Luella St Watkins, MN, MEEKER COUNTY EDA TOWNHOMES
Notice is hereby given that Bids will be received for the re-build of two (2) Meeker County EDA town homes in Watkins Minnesota, by Construction Manager, Project One Construction, at their office 10375 County Road 8, Kimball, Minn., until 12:00 p.m. Noon on Tuesday March 7, 2017; and then opened and read aloud publicly at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday March 7, 2017 at the Meeker County Family Services Building Room 200 Litchfield Minnesota.
The project involves the reconstruction of two (2) new townhomes located at 415 Luella Street, Watkins, Minn., units 1 & 2. Separate bid packages will be accepted for selective demolition, concrete, masonry, framing, siding, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, mechanical and landscaping.

Local Subcontractors are encouraged to bid this project.
All Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Project One Construction, 10375 County Road 8, Kimball MN 55353. Each sealed envelope containing a Bid must be plainly marked on the outside as Bid for Watkins Units 1 & 2 re-build.
