Calvary Lutheran Church in Willmar invites you to prepare for the coming of Christmas at their 2015 Advent Festival. The theme is ?ÄúChrist, Our Light.?Äù The Advent Festival has been celebrated for more than 50 years and gives everyone an opportunity to ponder the true meaning of Christmas. There is no admission charge and it is handicapped accessible. Parents are urged to bring their children.
The Advent Festival presents more than 15 rooms decorated from inspirations from Bible verses. There will be crafts to make in the Koinonia Room and short movies in the Theater Room. In the sanctuary there will be continuous music presentations from choirs, soloists, and instrumentalists. End your visit with light refreshments in the fellowship hall.
The festival will be Dec. 4, 5, and 6, Friday and Saturday from 1-7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
