Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of SEH located at 1200 25th Avenue South, P.O. Box 1717, St. Cloud, MN 56302-1717 upon payment of $75.00 for each set. No refunds will be provided. Bids shall be on the forms provided for that purpose and according to the Contract Documents prepared by SEH. The City of Kimball will require wage rates on this project. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders.
