Air Alert Breakfast Club

·

A small but growing group of student athletes are coming into Kimball High School each Monday and Wednesday mornings at 7:15 a.m. to improve their vertical jump and explosive power. The program called the “Air Alert Breakfast Club” jump program is run by Kimball coach Kyle Inforzato. The program meets asforementioned each Monday and Wednesday mornings in the Kimball High School north gym. Students are put through a variety of drills which work on lower body explosiveness and power. Following the jump program, students then do a seven-minute power program using hydraulic strength training equipment. The resistance is set so students can train explosively yet safely. The entire program takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. The Air Alert program is open to all Kimball students grades 7-12. There is no charge for the program. Anyone having any question regarding the program can call Inforzato at 398-7700 extension 101.
