The City of Kimball has adopted an Amendment to Ordinance 1137 which it repeals the text of Section 02 Solar and Earth-Sheltered Structures.
The Purpose of this Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance is to provide standards for Solar Energy Systems within the City of Kimball.
This publication is a summary of the Amendment to Ordinance 1137 which it repeals the text of Section 02 Solar and Earth-Sheltered Structures.
The Council has approved this summary publication.
The full text if Ordinance 1137 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the Kimball Deputy Clerk.
The Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of Kimball on the 6th day of August, 2018, and shall be effective upon publication.
