Legal Notice Councilmember Karla Davis introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: AMENDMENT TO CITY OF KIMBALL ORDINANCE CHAPTER 2, SECTION 215, SCHEDULE OF FEES. SECTION 215 – SCHEDULE OF FEES. 215.01 INTENT. This section establishes a consolidated schedule of fees for services, licenses and permits. In the event of a conflict between this general fee section and a fee established by a specific chapter, the later adopted fee shall prevail. 215.02 SCOPE. The following shall be the fees for license, services, penalties and permits listed below.
