ASSESSMENT NOTICE

State of Minnesota County of Meeker Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Review of the Township of Kingston in Meeker County, Minnesota, will meet at the Kingson Community Center at 1:00-1:30 p.m., on Wednesday, the 7th day of April 2004 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said Township of Kingston for the year 2004. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint. Gail Schiefelbein, Clerk of the township NOTE: According to Minnesota State Statute 274.03: The clerk shall give at least ten days’ posted notice of the time and place of the meeting of the Board of Review, but the failure to give such notice or hold such meeting shall not invalidate any assessment, except as to the excess over the market value of the property.
