NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN, That the Board of Appeal and Equalization for the Town of Maine Prairie in Stearns County, Minn., will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 N Elm St, Kimball, Minn., at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2007. All parties considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at the said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.
