EVC4P seeks your help with donations

Eden Valley Citizens for Progress (EVC4P) is a group of community volunteers working within the City of Eden Valley to help promote community and provide services to those living here. Our mission statement is “Community members teaming up to promote and advance education, public facilities, economic development, and growth, while retaining the unique character of Eden Valley and the surrounding area.” Projects sponsored by EVC4P include the Spring Tea Party & Fashion Show, Holiday Gathering during CP Rail Holiday Train, Stuff the Bus for EV-W school supply drive, and Music in the Park at Friederichs Park. EVC4P also sponsors Bingo for Seniors, a Father-Daughter Dance, School & Community Art Show, Puzzle Tournaments among other community events. 

Our projects are supported with area donations. Our most important annual fundraiser is the Valley Daze Silent Auction, to be held in the Community Center Friday, June 27, and Saturday, June 28. 

We are asking that you consider making any type of donation to our Valley Daze Silent Auction to help with this important fundraiser. Whether it be something you sell, a service you provide, or a monetary donation, no matter the value, we would certainly appreciate any support you could give. EVC4P is a 501c3 non-profit organization.

If you are interested in contributing an auction item, please drop it off at Eden Valley City Hall, 171 Cossairt Ave. W.; or, if you would like someone to come pick up your contributed item(s), please call Lue Newby at (651) 214-5655 and leave a detailed message. If you wish to make a monetary contribution to the EVC4P Silent Auction or to EVC4P, please make any checks payable to EVC4P (see address below).
