MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP
83rd Avenue Road Improvement Project
Maine Prairie Township will accept sealed bids to reclaim and add Bituminous Pave on 83rd Avenue which runs from 135th Street South to County Road 44, approximately 2,600 feet,
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, for the furnishing of all labor and material for this project, at the regular board meeting on April 11, 2017, at
7:30 p.m. or as close there as possible at the Maine Prairie Town Hall, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353. To obtain a bid form, please call (320) 398-2905, or (320)
828-0193. For project information or to arrange a viewing, please call Supervisor, Dennis Loewen at (320) 290-8731. Bids shall be on forms provided for that purpose and according to the specifications in the bid documents.
The town board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any defect or technicalities therein. Bids can be presented at the meeting or sent to Maine Prairie Township, 7551 Dellwood Road, Kimball, MN 55353.
A bid Bond is required with the bid. A Performance Bond will be required with acceptance of the bid along with a Certificate of Insurance for Workers Compensation and General Liability, as required by law. Before payment the township will require form IC-134 to be signed by the MN Dept. Of Revenue.
