BID NOTICE MAINE PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP

Legal Notice

Maine Prairie Township will accept sealed bids for overlaying and patching of 13,200 feet, more or less of blacktop on Township roads. The bids will be opened May 13, 2003, at 8:30 p.m. at the Kimball Area Fire and Rescue Hall, 300 Elm St. N., Kimball, MN.      The bid proposal may be obtained by contacting Chairman James Unterberger, 8575 Hwy. 55 East, Kimball, MN 55353, or by phone at (320) 398-5771.

Inspection of the bid sites will be:  May 6, 2003 — 4:00 p.m.  Kimball Area Fire   and Rescue Hall

The Town Board will require a certificate of insurance for worker’s compensation and general liability insurance.

The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to waive any defects or technicalities therein.
