Friday, Feb. 17, Heritage House of Kimball was presented with the Minnesota Business Finance Corporation?Äôs VetLoan Advantage Rebate. Jim and Kathy Birchem, owners of Heritage House, received a VetLoan Advantage rebate check for $3,000. The rebate goes to business owners who are active or retired members of military service. Jim served in the United States Army from 1972-1974. He was also active in the National Guard from 1983-2007. Jim and Kathy, inspired by their Christian values and beliefs, believe in providing options in health care that will enable seniors to remain in their local communities.
