Catholic Charities Life Transitions Services will present “Life After Loss: The Ironies of Grief” from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Pastoral Center, 305 7th Avenue North in St. Cloud. Noted trainer and author Elizabeth Cabalka of Annandale will share insights and wisdom learned from her journey through grief after the death of her husband. Cabalka is the author of “Wednesdays at the Fluff and Fold: A Caregiver’s Oasis.” It is the first in a three book series describing her personal grief experience. Her story will bring courage, hope and healing to all who are living with grief. Cost is $10; scholarships are available. Pre-registration is requested by Sept. 27.
