Your thoughts and prayers for Ardis and her family were especially comforting during her last days and hours, and after her death. We’d like to give special thanks to those who called, and those who sent food. It was so appreciated. Special thanks for the memorial service conducted by pastor Vern Harris, which was truly a celebration of her life. We also want to thank pastor Jerry Albert, who participated in the service. He had been our mother’s pastor for 25 years, and he captured many aspects of her life. Thank you to Lori Miller for the musical accompaniment and all the family members who provided instrumental and vocal music. We want to give a big “Thank You” to the church ladies for the great lunch they prepared and served. We are grateful to the Annandale Care Center for the kind care that was given to our mother, especially in her last hours.
