Career Experience Kits for EPIC on the go

EPIC (Exploring Potential Interests and Careers) has long wanted to extend career exploration beyond the two events held in the fall and the spring. A partnership with Great River Regional Library will allow members of the St. Cloud community and the Great River Regional Library network the ability to explore careers all year long, and do it from the comfort of their own homes.

EPIC Experience Kits feature hands-on career exploration activities for 14 different industries including Health Science, Information Technology, Human Services, Education and Training, Manufacturing/STEM, Architecture and Construction, Transportation, Distribution and Logistics, Marketing, Sales and Service, Government and Public Administration, Law and Public Safety, Business/Management/Administration/Finance, Agriculture/Food and Natural Resources, and Arts/Audio/Video Tech and Communication. Each kit also includes a binder with important information about specific careers within each of the clusters.

The Experience Kits are available now for check-out at the St. Cloud branch of the Great River Regional Library. They can be found on the second level of the library near the computers. Each kit is available to be checked out for three weeks, and can be renewed as long as no one else is waiting. The kits can also be requested for delivery to other locations of the Great River Regional Library system.
