Carol Niedzielski, 65

Carol Niedzielski of Watkins died Thursday, March 26, 2020, at St. Cloud Hospital. She was 65.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Carol A. Niedzielski was born Nov. 20, 1954, in Rochester, New York, to Thomas and Catherine Christy. She grew up in Rochester and graduated from East High School in 1972. Carol moved to Sauk Rapids where she was united in marriage to Richard Niedzielski on May 23, 1986. They lived in Sauk Rapids, and moved to Watkins in 1990 where they owned and operated a greenhouse and a restaurant. Carol enjoyed flowers, music, and socializing.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Richard of Watkins, sister Stacy Christy of North Carolina, and brother Dorey Christy of Florida.
