Charles ‘Chuck’ Hennen, 82
Charles “Chuck” Hennen of Rockville died Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025, at St. Cloud Hospital. He was 82.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 16, at Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church in Rockville. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9-10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Chuck was born in Pearl Lake to Herbert and Bernadine (Rossman) Hennen. He served in the U.S. Army from 1964-1966. Chuck married Barbara Reller on Aug. 19, 1967, at Holy Cross Church in Pearl Lake, Minn.
Chuck owned and operated the Rockville Elevator from 1978-1989. He enjoyed gardening, a perfect lawn, watching vintage television shows and cooking, especially making soup with perfectly sized vegetables.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry.
He is survived by his wife Barb; children Douglas and Sandra; siblings, Jim (and Audrey), Roger (and Pat), Eldred (and Deb); Richard (and Karen), Doris (and Dan), Wayne (and Janelle); and sister-in-law Jeanie.
Arrangements are with the Wenner Funeral Home in Cold Spring.
