The City of Kimball has adopted an Amendment to Ordinance 525 which repeals the text of Ordinance 525 Regulating Golf Carts, Snowmobiles, ATVs And All Other Recreational Vehicles and replaces it in its entirety with new regulations regarding regulating Golf Carts, Snowmobiles, ATVs And All Other Recreational Vehicles.
The purpose of this Amendment to the Ordinance is to provide standards for issuing permits within the City of Kimball and to ensure compliance with County and State regulations.
This publication is a summary of the Amendment to Ordinance 525 which repeals the text of Ordinance 525 Regulating Golf Carts, Snowmobiles, ATVs And All Other Recreational Vehicles and replaces it in its entirety with new regulations regarding Regulating Golf Carts, Snowmobiles, ATVs And All Other Recreational Vehicles.
The Council has approved this summary publication unanimously.
The full text of Ordinance 525 is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the office of the Kimball City Clerk.
The Ordinance was adopted by the City Council of Kimball on the 6th day of April 2021, and shall be effective upon publication.
