Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Kimball, Minnesota, will meet on April 19, 2004, at 7:30 p.m. at the Kimball City Hall, 1 Main Street North, Kimball, Minnesota, to consider a proposed property tax abatement for the following real property: A. M. Maus & Son, Inc., located at 21 Maus Drive, Kimball, Minnesota. The estimated amount of the proposed abatement is the increase in the property taxes resulting from the proposed improvement which is estimated at $5,000.00 per year for 8 years for a total estimated abatement of $40,000.00.
