Kimball City Council

Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 7, 2025, at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in the Community Room at the Kimball Public Library, 51 Spruce Ave. W., to consider the following:

A request by Chase Meinz and Ashlynn Meinz for a variance to: construct a 1,500 sq. ft. garage with an 11’ overhead door.

Legal Description: Lot 5 and Lot 6, Block 4 of SCHEELER ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Stearns County, Minnesota

Containing 0.97 Acres, more or less.

Subject to easements of record.

Subject to any and all enforceable restrictive covenants.
