Anita Rasmussen, the Sartell City Planning and Community Development Director, will speak at the Stearns History Museum’s Breakfast Club gathering at 9 a.m. Wednesday, March 10. This month’s topic, “Planning for a changing community”, will focus on how a city balances its resources to encourage development and provide needed services while maintaining some natural areas. Join us for an hour-long presentation that will include opportunity for questions and comments. Stearns History Museum members are free, for non-members the cost is $4.
