The Central Minnesota Arts Board (CMAB), at their March 14 meeting awarded 16 Community Arts Support Grants totaling $137,128. 
The CMAB Community Arts Support Program provides biennial grants for administration, operations, equipment purchases, and to improve access and outreach to underserved groups. These unrestricted grants are awarded to nonprofit arts organizations that demonstrate efficient management and high-quality artistic programming. Award recipients are:
• 510 Art Lab, $10,000 – Stearns County
• 728 Cadets Marching Arts, $10,000 – Sherburne County
• Annandale Art and Textile Center, $10,000 – Wright County
• Avon Hills Folk School, $10,000 – Stearns County
• Buffalo Community Orchestra, $8,064 – Wright County
• Buffalo Community Theater, $10,000 – Wright County
• Central Minnesota Youth Orchestra, $6,492 – Stearns County
• Chamber Music Society of St. Cloud, $10,000 – Stearns County
• Granite City Folk Society, $3,000 – Stearns County
• Great Northern Theatre -Company, $10,000 – Stearns County
• Great River Chorale, $10,000 – Stearns County
• Minnesota Center Choral, $6,572 – Stearns County
• Sinclair Lewis Foundation, $3,000 – Stearns County
• SOAR Regional Arts, $10,000 – Wright County
• St. Cloud Symphony Orchestra, $10,000 – Stearns County
• Youth Chorale of Central MN, $10,000 – Stearns County
