Last week we ran a story about grant money from Center Point Energy Minnegasco awarded to Kimball. The money is intended to be used to purchase portable radios. Kimball was among several communities splitting $9,625 in grant funds. The Kimball Police Department is the recipient of these funds, not the Kimball Fire Department as reported.
