CP Rail Notice of Intentions to install Positive Train Control

As part of the federal requirement pursuant to Rail Safety Improvement Act (RSIA) of 2008 and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), CP wishes to inform the general public of CP?Äôs intentions to install Positive Train Control (PTC) technology which includes poles and associated bungalows for radio communication purposes along the CP?Äôs right-of-way at 11964 Adam Rd, 12602 State Highway 55, 25048 County Rd 34, 27349 Roseville Rd NE, 38797 205th St., 40418 215th St., 22497 Farmcrest Rd., 44088 MN 55, 46068 Glendale Rd., and 131 Pleasant Ave. N within Kimball, Lake Henry, Regal, and Brooten, Stearns County, Minnesota. The PTC poles with attached antennas will not exceed 60 feet in height and will be installed in already disturbed lands along the railroad right-of-way. If members of the public would like to submit comments regarding the potential for the poles to cause adverse effects to historic properties they may do so by contacting CP?Äôs Community Connect Line (Tel: 1-800-766-7912; community_

). Comments must be received within 30 days of the publication of this Notice.
