NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON IMPROVEMENTS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Managers for the Clearwater River Watershed District will meet at the Annandale Middle School located in the City of Annandale, Minnesota, at 7 o’clock p.m. on March 10, 2010, to consider adoption of a resolution ordering the amendment of the Cedar Lake Project to provide for the ongoing control and reduction of curly leaf pondweed in Cedar Lake.
NATURE OF PROJECT: The Project shall consist of steps necessary to remove phosphorus and control the growth of curly leaf pondweed in Cedar Lake. The Engineer’s Technical and Cost Report for this amendment and improvement to the Cedar Lake Project has been filed with the managers and are subject to inspection.
ESTIMATED COST: The total estimated increase in cost of said Project is $0.00
AREA PROPOSED TO BE ASSESSED: There will be no increase in the original cost of the Cedar Lake Project and no additional assessment.
AUTHORITY: The Board of Managers for the Clearwater River Watershed District proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 103D, as amended.
WRITTEN OR ORAL OBJECTIONS: Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. Written or oral objections will be considered.
