Kimball hosted Maple Lake in eighth-grade baseball -Tuesday, April 19. Braylen Silbernick started for the Cubs and pitched three strong innings. He did not allow a hit, walked two, and struck out three. Devin Gruba came on in relief for the Cubs. Devin pitched two innings. He gave up six runs, five of which were earned. Devin walked seven and gave up two hits.
Kimball was only able to pick up one hit by Andray Stang who came around to score for their lone run.
The Cubs fell, 6-1.
