KIMBALL CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Kimball City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1 Main St. N, to consider the following:
An application of Evan Carlson, representing Innovative Power Systems, for a Conditional Use Permit pursuant to City Ordinance 1015 ?Äì Conditional Use Permits and City Ordinance 1137 ?Äì Performance Standards of the Kimball City Code.
The application is being made for the following described property:

The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter lying South of the railroad right of way in Section 10, Township 121, Range 29, Stearns County, Minnesota

If approved, this Conditional Use Permit (CUP) would allow Innovative Power Systems to construct, operate and maintain a 1 megawatt (MW) Community Solar Garden (CSG) on approximately 8 acres of the above described parcel or property.
