A Stearns County Deputy Sheriff stopped a 1998 Cadillac Catera Monday, Nov. 9, at about 8:30 p.m. on Bayview Road in Fairhaven Township. Jami Ann Bohach, age 18, of St. Louis Park was driving with Scot Dean Trattles, age 33, of Annandale, as a front-seat passenger. During the stop, the deputy believed that Bohach was under the influence of a controlled substance. She was arrested for suspicion of fourth-degree DUI of a controlled substance.
During the search of the car, deputies located about 2.2 grams of a substance believed to be methamphetamine. Drug paraphernalia and $176 cash were also found. Both parties were arrested on fifth-degree controlled substance charges and are being held in the Stearns County jail.
