The Kingston Township Board is offering dust guarding to rural township residents located on township roads. Each rural residence would be provided 300 lineal feet at the same width and application rate as provided for township roads at large. The cost to property owners will be 50 percent, with the cost to the township 50 percent. Property owners may elect to have additional dust guarding at full cost.
