Eden Valley council summary

The Eden Valley city council met for their regular meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 5.

On the recommendation of the Planning Commission, and after considerable discussion, the Eden Valley city council approved a Certificate of Compliance for combining residential lot at 522 Coleman Ave. and a vacant adjacent lot at 532 Oriole Lane. They added a stipulation that, when sold, one of three things must happen: both lots must be sold together, the planned storage shed on the vacant lot must be taken down, or a primary dwelling must be added to the now-vacant lot. 

The next regular meeting of the Eden Valley city council will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 5. Meetings are live-streamed on the city’s website, and available later for viewing as well.
