Jerry and Connie Eggert of Hutchinson are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter Katie Marie Eggert to Taylor James Petty, son of Dean and Carol Petty of Kimball.
Katie is a 2012 graduate of Hutchinson High School and a graduate of University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture. She is employed at the University of Minnesota Extension-Kandiyohi County.
Taylor is a 2009 graduate of Kimball Area High School and a graduate of Ridgewater College of Willmar with an Associate Degree in Agribusiness. He is employed at Centra Sota in Watkins.
A Dec. 3, 2016, wedding is planned at St. John?Äôs Lutheran Church in Hutchinson. A reception will be at the Hutchinson Event Center.
