Eldon Woyke of Cokato, formerly of Annandale and Kimball, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004, at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was 68. Memorial services were at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, at Zion Lutheran Church in Annandale with Rev. Thomas Queck officiating. Eldon Albert Woyke was born March 14, 1935 in Annandale to Ernest and Vernice (Schmieg) Woyke. He married Lorraine Gardner June 10, 1961; they later divorced. He married Joan Simon June 17, 1989; they recently divorced. He lived in the Kimball and Annandale area most of his life before moving to Cokato two years ago. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Annandale. Eldon was a machinist. He also farmed in the Kimball area, retiring in 1996. He enjoyed woodworking and owned a small business called Country Mailboxes. He enjoyed four-wheeling, hunting and camping. Eldon was preceded in death by his parents and sister Darlene Koplen. He is survived by two sons, Patrick (and Barbara) Manuell of Sartell, and Dale Woyke of St. Cloud; sisters Priscilla McKenzie of Buffalo and Lee Ann (and Doug) Winkelman of Cokato; brother Theodore (and Sandy) Woyke of Annandale; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Music for the funeral was provided by Kathy Queck and Shannon Manuell. Arrangements were by Dingmann Funeral Care of Annandale.
