EV-W boys cruise into Holiday break

Now owners of a 7-1 overall record, the Eden Valley-Watkins boys’ basketball team picked up three wins leading into the Holiday hiatus.
On Tuesday, Dec. 19, the Eagles up-ended Minnewaska, 68-34. Thursday’s action saw EV-W outlast New London-Spicer, 73-67, and it was Eagles 60, Foley 51 on Friday, Dec. 22.
Eden Valley-Watkins is ranked 12th in the state in Class A, by the Minnesota Basketball News. The boys return to action Thursday, Jan. 4, versus Royalton, at Eden Valley.
