EV-W Elementary/Middle/High Breakfast

Monday: Muffin option (cinnamon oatmeal – high school) or cereal, juice.

Tuesday: Whole-grain pancakes (egg and cheese breakfast sandwich – high school) or cereal, juice.

Wednesday: Fruit and yogurt parfait (whole-grain donut ring – high school) or cereal, juice.

Thursday: Whole-grain donut ring (sausage breakfast pizza – high school) or cereal, juice.

Friday: Whole-grain donut ring (apple frudel – high school) or cereal, juice.

EV-W Elementary Lunch

Monday: French toast sticks, cheesy scrambled eggs, tater tots, roasted carrots or cheeseburger or crunchy chicken wrap.

Tuesday: Walking beef taco, cilantro-lime brown rice, steamed broccoli or hot dog on a bun or crunchy chicken wrap.

Wednesday: Chicken Alfredo, carrots, garlic bread stick or cheeseburger or crunchy chicken wrap.

Thursday: BBQ pulled-pork sandwich, baked beans, cole slaw or cheeseburger or crunchy chicken wrap.

Friday: Pepperoni pizza, Italian vegetable blend or hot dog on a bun or crunchy chicken wrap.

EV-W Secondary Lunch

Monday: Pancakes, tater tots, cheesy scrambled eggs, roasted carrots or deli sandwich or grill entrée.

Tuesday: Popcorn chicken, steamed broccoli, crispy pear/ginger slaw or deli sandwich or pizza.

Wednesday: Teriyaki chicken, cilantro-lime brown rice, lemon-Parmesan roasted broccoli or deli sandwich or grill entrée.

Thursday: Macaroni and cheese, garlic bread stick or deli sandwich or pizza.

Friday: Hot roast beef sandwich, mashed potatoes, garden salad, dinner roll, corn or deli sandwich or grill entrée.
