The Eden Valley-Watkins wrestlers traveled to their annual appointment Friday, Dec. 9; the Willmar 2016 Cardinal Classic Invitational. Always a good early-season workout, the competition was formidable as ever. Willmar had seven champions and they captured first place team honors with 240.5 points, besting St. Cloud Tech, who finished second with a 206.5-point tally. Quad County took third place with 134 points, and KMS landed in fourth place, racking up 116.5 points.
