Fair Haven Old Settlers plans

Several individuals met Tuesday, April 13, at 7 p.m. to discuss details about Old Settlers Day plans for Saturday, June 26.

Arrangements have been made to begin the day with a parade at 10 a.m. Anyone interested in participating in the parade is to arrive at the Concordia Church parking lot at 9 a.m. for line-up.

As in the past, the children’s pedal tractor pull as well as the adult tractor pull will be part of the day’s festivities. Concordia Church will serve a meal in the park. It is anticipated that children’s games will take place in the park if we have volunteers to oversee them. There will be music in the park after the parade.

The next planning meeting is at 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 18, at the Fair Haven Town Hall.
