Fair Haven Township Land Use and Zoning Board Special Public Hearing Variance

Notice of a Variance Hearing for Richard Capes Jr., 5904 Calumet Road, South Haven, MN 55382. Parcel #09.05770.0001 located in Section 29 TWP 122 Range 028W in Fair Haven Township.

Variance hearing #1439 is to grant two buildings that are too close to the property line. Township Ordinances call for 10 feet set back. This Variance is to grant them to be 2 feet from the property. The larger building fell in after a snowfall this winter. Mr. Capes is planning on rebuilding this and removing 3 feet from the south wall when he rebuilds it.
