Variance for Kelvin and Denise Olson

Variance Hearing #1467 for Kelvin and Denise Olson 2343 Augusta Road, South Haven, MN on Lake Augusta.
This Variance is for the set back from Augusta Road to build a new garage 20 feet by 24 feet close to his home. He will be removing an older smaller building 8 feet by 12 feet. His is limited by the size of the property and on the north shore of Lake Augusta. This property is part of Coe’s Clearwater Augusta Passage Lot 6 and the west 1/2 of Lot 5. He would like to have the garage 25 feet from the center of Augusta Road.
This Special Public Hearing is on Monday, July 3, at 6:30 p.m.
