Notice of a Variance Hearing for Keith Maahs’ property at 5785 Bradley Road, South Haven MN 55382. Parcel # R.09.05961.000
Lots 7 & 8 Block 1 Schmidt North Shore Addition, Section 05 Township 121 Range 028.

Keith Maahs would like to rebuild his garage on the existing cement. The proposed garage set back from the centerline of the Township road would be +/- 34 feet – Ordinance is 63 feet.
