FAIRHAVEN TOWNSHIP LAND USE AND ZONING BOARD SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING VARIANCE

Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:45 p.m.

Notice of a Variance Hearing for Thomas and Kristy -Harren’s property at 19446 Beaver Lake Road, Kimball MN 55353, for a new 30’ X 40’ pole shed to be used for personal storage. Parcel # R.09.05844.000 located in Section 6, TWP 122 North, Range 28W.

The proposed shed setback from the centerline of the Township road would be +/- 35 feet – Ordinance is 63 feet.
