NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of Fairhaven Township will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on July 30, 2018, at the Fairhaven Town Hall located at 13619 49th Ave., South Haven MN 55382, to hear from the public, consider, and possibly act on a petition presented to the Town requesting the establishment of a subordinate service district pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 365A to blacktop Whippoorwill Court. The boundaries of the proposed district are shown on the attached map and would include lots within the plats of Whippoorwill Hills and Whippoorwill Hills Plat 2. If the district is established, the Town Board would charge the costs of establishing the district and improving the roads on the properties within the district.
